  • Get everyone in the same room

  • Put away distractions, particularly phones

  • Read an inspiring quote

  • Engage your family on what the quote means without turning it into a lecture

🎙️ Main Event 🎙️

  • A game or activity. This has tremendous variety - it can be fun, informative, creative, hands on, competitive, include media. The best ones have multiple elements.

  • Fun is at the heart of it

🎶 Closing Ceremony 🎶

  • Play a super fun song ridiculously loud and get everyone dancing

  • Huddle up and send everyone off with a “1,2,3...<insert fun word here>”
